Choose your size: regular or mini (half of a regular loaf).
Will last on the counter for several days. Freezes/thaws well.

I tried this bread thinking it probably would not be my preference. Surprise to me!!! I love it! The flavor is excellent and the texture of a bit of crunch on the outside is delicious and so satisfying with the soft bread on the inside. I sliced the loaf and froze half to see how it would turn out once thawed. Still excellent and I just toasted and enjoyed some for breakfast with mashed avocado.
