Order Pick Up

Currently, all orders from the Bakery, Summer and Fall Bouquet Subscriptions are Porch Pick Up ONLY.

Legally, I am not able to ship bakery items because these are produced in my home. While there is a shipping option at check-out, please remember to select "bakery pick up" at checkout, otherwise I will have to cancel your order. I'm still searching for a way to exclude shipping from the bakery items, but at this time, since I offer other items for shipping in the Blooms section, my website is unable to differentiate products from shippable and non-shippable. Thank you for understanding!

 

We are located in the Hattie's Place Neighborhood off of Ball Rd on Karns side of Knoxville, TN. Near Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. About 20 minutes drive from Farragut and 25 minutes from Downtown Knoxville. The exact pick up location will be provided with in your order email confirmation. 

 

Please pull in the driveway or park along the curb if there is no room in the driveway. Please be courteous to our neighbors, other patrons and our home. This is where I live, so please treat it as if it were your own!

This spring, I am delighted to offer multiple pick up locations at local businesses for bouquets. The same rules apply for bouquet pick up at these locations. If you do not pick up your bouquet at during the allotted pick up window, your bouquet will be donated and no refund will be granted. Please feel free to send a friend or family member in your place so you don't miss out!

It is your responsibility to pick up your order. No refunds will be offered if you don't pick up your Bakes or Blooms orders. If orders are not picked up during the pick up window, they will be donated. Please feel free to send a friend or family member in your place so you don't miss out. Thank you for understanding! 

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, the only items from my shop that will be shipped are: dahlia tubers, tulip bulbs, ranunculus corms, spring bouquet subscriptions, and spring bouquets. These items can only be shipped to the lower 48 states in the United States. No international shipping.

Dahlia tubers, tulip bulbs and ranunculus corms will be shipped via USPS.

Bouquet Subscriptions and single Spring Bouquets will ship via UPS every Tuesday. You choose if you would like Overnight or 2nd Day Air. 

 

Your order will be shipped to the address provided during check out. Please make sure all of your information has been entered correctly!

 

If you are local and wish to pick up your order, please select "porch pick up" at check out. All bulb, corm and dahlia tubers are considered pre-orders and I will be in touch via email as to when pick up days/times once I receive product from my suppliers and/or the weather is safe for these items to be shipped (i.e. above freezing for dahlia tubers).

At this time, local delivery is unavailable. Hopefully we can offer this option in the future! 

Refunds & Customer Responsibility

All sales are final.

 

Refunds will not be granted for orders that are not picked up within the pick up window. The customer is responsible for remembering to pick up their orders from the bakery and any subscription services he/she has signed up for. Any orders that are not picked up during the allotted pick up window will be donated.

We will do our best to provide information to care for both your bakery items and flower items, but are not responsible for poor customer care of those items, growing conditions, mother nature, etc.

Dahlia Tubers, Bulbs and Corms

All sales are final.

 

You have 7 days after you receive your order to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the  quality of your dahlia tubers, bulbs or corms. After the 7 day period, we are not responsible for storage, poor customer care, disease, growing conditions, mother nature, etc. Please understand that while we do our best to cull suspicious plants, tubers, bulbs and corms, these are not produced and grown in a sterile environment and may inherently carry some disease. â€‹

We will provide growing instructions with each order. Dahlia tubers will ship in the spring. Tulip bulbs, ranunculus and anemone corms will ship in the fall.

All bulb, corm and dahlia tubers are considered pre-orders and I will be in touch via email as to when pick up days/times once I receive product from my suppliers and/or the weather is safe for these items to be shipped (i.e. above freezing for dahlia tubers). 

 

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control be it weather, crop failure, delays in shipment or poor storage. If this is the case on my end (i.e. dahlia tubers rotted in storage, supplier cancelled items on me, etc.), I will be in touch with you as soon as I know anything and that item will be refunded. I am unable to offer substitutions at this time.

The Flower and Bread Club

I'm excited to introduce the Flower and Bread Club-- a way for me to celebrate you, my customers! Become a website member by creating an account. Earn seeds with every purchase and grow them into something beautiful. Each tier offers a different reward off of your next online purchase up to 25% off your purchase! This is for both bakery items and all blooms items including Bouquet Subscriptions, Single Bouquets, tubers/bulbs/corms, etc. 

 

To earn seeds on your purchases:

  • you must be logged into your account

  • only online purchases through the website will earn seeds. Seeds can not be earned at vendor markets or porch pick-up extras.

You can also use the referral program by sharing your special link and when a friend makes their first purchase via your link, you both receive 50 seeds. 

​

Seeds will not be rewarded after a purchase is made and you were not logged into your account when the purchase was made, so please be sure to log in!

1 / You said I'd receive an email with pick-up information, did I miss it?

The morning of pick-up, I send out an email reminder with the time and exact address and directions to my porch for pick-up. Because this is my home, I only share my address with customers who are scheduled to pick up an order. 

2 / I'm trying to check out, but I'm being charged a delivery fee. Help!

At check out, there will be a drop down menu where you can select "porch pick-up" and will not be charged a delivery fee. If for some reason you are, I will reimburse you as I do not currently offer delivery. 

3 / Do you have a storefront?

At this time, I do not have a storefront. That would be a "some day" goal! For now, all orders are porch pick-up from my home. :)
